What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the details of your request and any documents you attach.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, carry out the work. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your documents are shared only with the translators, interpreters, couriers and authorities needed to complete your file, all bound by confidentiality.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for the period required by accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@abc-offices.com. This policy is designed to follow PIPEDA and Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
