Fixed quote before any work starts. Documents accepted by email or courier, from anywhere in Canada or abroad.
A certified translation is a complete, faithful translation of your document, signed and stamped by a qualified translator who attests to its accuracy. In Canada it is what Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), provincial registries, courts, professional orders and universities ask for when a document is not in English or French.
We translate the whole document, including stamps, seals and handwritten notes, and reproduce its layout so the reader can compare it line by line with the original. When the destination is abroad, we can also have the translation notarized, apostilled or legalized in the same file.

How it works

Email a clear scan or photo of every page. We confirm the languages, the receiving authority and any format rules.
Approve the quote
You receive a fixed price and delivery date. Nothing starts before you approve.
Translation and review
A qualified translator translates the document and a second linguist checks names, dates and figures.
Delivery
You receive the signed PDF by email, and the paper original by courier when the authority requires it.
Frequent questions
Does IRCC accept your translations?
Yes. IRCC requires translations done by a certified translator, or an affidavit from the translator when certification is not available for a language. We provide the format IRCC asks for with the translator’s declaration.
How long does it take?
Most civil documents of one or two pages are ready in two to three business days. Express delivery within 24 hours is often possible; ask for it in your request.
Can I send a photo instead of the original?
For most uses, yes. A clear scan or photo of every page is enough to translate. Some authorities want the translation attached to a certified copy; we tell you before starting.
Do you translate into languages other than English and French?
Yes. We translate from and into most languages, including for documents leaving Canada.
