A qualified translator translates the document and a second linguist checks names, dates and figures.
Delivery

Frequent questions
Which authorities ask for a translation of English documents into French?
Quebec ministries, professional orders and courts usually require French. We certify the translation in the format the receiving authority expects.
Do you keep accents and special characters in English names?
Yes. Names are reproduced exactly as on the original, with all accents and special characters, and checked against your passport.
How long does it take?
Most civil documents of one or two pages are ready in two to three business days. Express delivery within 24 hours is often possible; ask for it in your request.
Can I send a photo instead of the original?
For most uses, yes. A clear scan or photo of every page is enough to translate. Some authorities want the translation attached to a certified copy; we tell you before starting.
